As one of London’s most popular venues, ExCel London made accessibility its top priority, thanks to several services available on-site. Visitors will be happy to know that ExCel provides:

• accessible parking, with 85 wide bays suitable for disabled drivers;
• lift control panels and self-service equipment (including cash machines and telephones) at levels suitable to wheelchair users;
• wheelchair and mobility scooter hire for free;
• accessible changing facilities.

Please note that guide dogs and personal support animals are welcome at ExCel London.

ExCel has two ATMs near its west entrance, next to Costa and Orzo Deli. You’ll also find an ATM between entrances S6 and N6. Another ATM is located on level 0 between N4 and S4.

ExCel’s entry policy does not require visitors to present proof of their Covid status. However, occasional checks can be reintroduced at the request of any organizer or depending on governmental instructions. Face masks are not mandatory but are encouraged in crowded indoor spaces.

ExCel London has a car park which costs £20 for up to 24 hours. The motorcycle parking is free but cannot be pre-booked.

Two London Underground stations, Custom House and Prince Regent, are on the ExCel campus. Custom House station is close to ExCel London (west entrance), and Prince Regent station gives you quick access to ExCel’s east entrance or ICC London.
