The storage and retrieval were both very convenient and quick, and it's also very close to the Metropolitan Museum of Art. The staff told me I needed to pick it up before 5 pm, but I didn't see this information when I placed my order online. Luckily, the guided tour of the Metropolitan Museum of Art ended around 4 pm.
