Luxury clothing, luggage, and bags
Watches, jewelry, artwork
Food or perishable items
Medication

Our partners collect your luggage with care, store it in a secure area out of sight and equip it with security seals. These seals ensure that the luggage remains perfectly closed for the duration of the reservation. Each piece of luggage is protected for up to €1000 in case of breakage, loss or theft.

Can another person pick up my luggage in my place?

When booking, be sure to enter the name of the person who will be dropping off and picking up the luggage. You’re allowed to have your luggage picked up by another person. In this case, you must specify the identity of this person in the corresponding field when making the reservation. To drop off the luggage, all users must present their identity papers. The same papers will be requested at the time of baggage claim.
