Nannybag is a collaborative luggage storage network that allows travelers from all over the world to store luggage in local shops so they can enjoy their day hands-free. Booking luggage storage with Nannybag can be done online in just a few seconds. In many locations, the service is available 24/7.
How to book luggage storage?
To make a reservation, simply: 1. Enter the address, the time frame, and the number of luggage to be dropped off 2. Select an available left luggage facility (in pink) on the map; 3. Click on the "Book " button and pay online to complete the reservation. All that's left for you to do is enjoy your day, knowing that your luggage is now in a safe place!

Finding a drop-off location for your luggage is easy! Simply type a city name, location, or address into our search engine and select the date, time, and a number of bags to be dropped off. The available storage facilities will be displayed on the map, and you can choose the one that suits you best. Are you having trouble finding your ideal luggage storage facility? Let us know! How much does luggage storage cost?

What does the Nannybag protection cover?
Your belongings are protected against damage, loss, and theft for up to 1000 € per deposited baggage.
What can I store in the left luggage?
It depends on your needs! Suitcases, duffel bags, backpacks, folding strollers... Size doesn't matter to us, so don't let bulky luggage* get in the way of your plans! *The term "luggage" refers more specifically to suitcases, travel bags, backpacks, handbags of varying sizes and weights, with or without wheels, as well as foldable strollers, which you can drop off at the locker. The storage of the following items is not permitted:
Smartphones, tablets, computers
Luxury clothing, luggage, and bags
Watches, jewelry, artwork
Food or perishable items
Medication
Cigarettes, tobacco, and tobacco products
Liquids, wines, and spirits.

Is storing bulky luggage more expensive?
No. Luggage storage costs the same price regardless of the size: £6 per luggage and per day, with zero hidden fees! We told you: size doesn’t matter to us!
What are the size and weight restrictions?
We accept all kinds of luggage except for the following ones:
luggage exceeding a unit weight of 30 kg
luggage with a height, width, or depth exceeding 1 m.
Can I drop off several bags at the same spot?
Our Nannies (partner businesses) keep your luggage in secure storage areas rather than in restrictive lockers. You can drop off as much luggage as you wish within the limits of available storage. When you arrive, please make sure to deposit the same number of luggage as indicated in your reservation.
Can I pay on the spot?
No, all reservations must be booked and paid for in advance via our website or app. With Nannybag, you'll pay the right price for each piece of luggage: £6 per day, with no hidden extra charges. Your payment is secure, and you benefit from the €1000 luggage protection as well as Nannybag customer service available at any time.
Where can I find the address of my luggage storage?
Our map allows you to locate each of our facilities. Detailed information (name of the business, exact address, telephone number, e-mail address, etc.) is sent to you by e-mail and in your customer area once the left luggage office has been reserved.
I’m not sure about my drop-off time. What should I do?
The easiest way is to book a luggage deposit once you know your drop-off time. In fact, you can reserve at any time, even 5 minutes before!
I’m not sure about my pick-up time. What should I do?
We strongly advise you to indicate the latest pick-up time. If you need to pick up your luggage before the scheduled time, simply check that the Nanny is open by consulting its opening hours on your reservation email or on your customer space.
How do I cancel my reservation?
You can cancel your reservation up until the start time of the originally scheduled. To do so, log in to your customer area and click on "Cancel my booking" in the details of your reservation. Your reservation will be fully refunded within a few days. Please note: no refund will be made if the cancellation is made after the start time of the reservation.
How do I change my booking?
You can modify your reservation up to its start time within the limit of the places available in the locker. To do so, go to your customer area and click on ”Modify my booking” in your reservation details.
Is my luggage safe?
Each left luggage office in our network is approved according to strict and precise security criteria to guarantee a worry-free service. Our partners collect your luggage with care, store it in a secure area out of sight and equip it with security seals. These seals ensure that the luggage remains perfectly closed for the duration of the reservation. Each piece of luggage is protected for up to €1000 in case of breakage, loss or theft.
Can another person pick up my luggage in my place?
When booking, be sure to enter the name of the person who will be dropping off and picking up the luggage. You’re allowed to have your luggage picked up by another person. In this case, you must specify the identity of this person in the corresponding field when making the reservation. To drop off the luggage, all users must present their identity papers. The same papers will be requested at the time of baggage claim.
What is the maximum duration of a reservation?
You can drop off your luggage safely at our Nannies for up to one month. When booking, simply select your drop-off and pick-up dates. If you wish to store your belongings with one of our Nannies for longer than one month, please email us at contact@nannybag.com, and we will find the solution that best suits your needs.
